1. The agreement

By using VibeIQ — the desktop app, this website, or the workspace services — you agree to these terms. If you’re using VibeIQ on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for actions taken under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect a breach at security@vibeiq.dev.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t use VibeIQ to attack, probe, or disrupt systems you don’t own.
• Don’t use VibeIQ to violate the terms of any model provider.
• Don’t scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our infrastructure.

4. AI output

VibeIQ orchestrates third-party AI tools but does not produce model output itself. Output produced by Claude, Cursor, Codex, or any other model is governed by that provider’s terms. We don’t guarantee its correctness or safety.

5. Billing

Paid workspaces are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case for defects on our side.

6. Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using VibeIQ and delete your workspace at any time.

7. Disclaimers

VibeIQ is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located there.
